Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Each order is carefully packed to ensure your perfume arrives safely. Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, Zora Scents delivers across Pakistan.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
However, returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof.
Longevity Guarantee: If a perfume does not last up to 10 hours under normal usage, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided:
The product is not excessively used
Original packaging is intact
Proof of purchase is provided
Our team will review the request and offer a replacement, exchange, or appropriate solution after verification.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
